At Vox Amps UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your legendary tone. If your purchase isn't hitting the right note, you can return your equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unit back in its original Vox packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and foot switches to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Centre

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outer box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
